The slices are prepared simply by washing in cold water, peeling, and drying with a cloth. Place in a bowl of onion (sliced​​) and parsley on top. You check the oil and leave the mixture for about two hours.

Prepare the grill by heating it with a little oil and place the slices of grouper we have prepared in Step 1, removing the onion and parsley. We tend to grill about 5 minutes per side and they added oil marinade leaving a couple of minutes.

Season with salt. Serve with lemon or a sauce of fish sauce (mayonnaise).

Variations and tips: put a little garlic, parsley, bay leaf, salt and pepper in the number you put the fish in a dish with a tablespoon of oil, and placed in the oven at 180 ° C for one hour or until the cooked fish.
