Gastronomy :: COD WITH MILK


1 kg of cod
½ kg of potatoes
¼ l milk
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Oil for frying
Cold water to cook the cod.


The desalted cod once into pieces and put in a pan covered with cold water and when water starts to boil lower the heat and leave for five minutes over low heat. Water is drained, dried and dipped in flour and fry in hot oil. Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices and fry well.
